No. Hourly support and project work require zero contract or monthly retainer. You pay for exactly what you use. If you decide later that predictable monthly cost makes more sense for your business, our Managed IT plans are available — but they’re completely optional.
What’s your hourly rate, and how is it billed?
Standard business IT support starts at $150/hour, billed in 15-minute increments with no minimums. Onsite work, after-hours emergencies, and specialty projects (like cloud migrations) may have different rates — we’ll always quote you in writing before starting any work, so there are no surprises.
How do flat project quotes work?
For defined-scope work — office moves, server installs, M365 migrations, network deployments — we offer a fixed-price quote in writing after a free scoping call. The price is locked: if the work takes us longer than expected, that’s on us, not on your invoice. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately before any extra work happens.
How fast can you get someone onsite?
Same-day onsite is often possible when our schedule allows, especially for downtime emergencies. For non-urgent project work, we typically schedule within 1-3 business days. Block-hour clients get priority over standard hourly clients in our queue.
Can you do remote-only work, or only onsite?
Both. A lot of business IT work — software installs, M365 setup, troubleshooting, security audits — can be done remotely with secure tools. We’ll always recommend remote when it’s the right call (faster and cheaper) and onsite when the work actually requires hands on hardware or cabling.
What if something goes wrong after you finish a project?
Every project includes a 7-day free follow-up window — if something we set up isn’t working as expected, we come back at no charge to fix it. Hardware warranty issues are handled separately through the manufacturer, but we’ll coordinate the warranty claim on your behalf at no extra cost.
When does it make sense to switch to Managed IT instead?
